π¬ Ask a QuestionDownload the Kigezi Ride app from the App Store or Google Play, sign up with your phone number, then tap "Book a Ride." Enter your destination, choose your ride type (boda boda, car, or delivery), and confirm. A nearby driver will be assigned within minutes.
Visit our Driver Registration page or contact us via email at drivers@kigeziride.com. You'll need a valid driving permit, a roadworthy vehicle, a national ID, and police clearance. Our team will guide you through onboarding, training, and getting your first rides.
Kigezi Ride supports MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and in-app wallet payments. Top up your wallet from the app using your preferred mobile money service, then pay for rides seamlessly without cash. You'll receive SMS and in-app confirmations for all transactions.

If you left an item in a Kigezi Ride vehicle, go to "Trip History" in the app and select the trip. Tap "Report Lost Item" and describe what you left. Our team will contact your driver immediately. You can also call our support line at +256 700 123 456 for urgent recovery assistance.
Yes! Safety is our top priority. All drivers are background-checked and verified. The app features live GPS tracking, an emergency SOS button, trip sharing with trusted contacts, and our 24/7 safety hotline. We also offer Women-Only ride options in select areas.
